Manoj K Sinha is a seasoned human resource professional, who has honed up his skills across multiple geographies, industries, business units and business models. As a mentor, he has always been highly sought after by professionals. His learning is a product of his experience and academics. He is an exponent of experiential learning and deploying the same for better performance. Manoj has 30 years of work experience spanning steel and telecom industries. He was with Tata Steel at Jamshedpur & Mumbai for 16 years, and thereafter for 14 years in the telecom sector, with Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular (ABG) & Vodafone Idea limited. Serving the entire spectrum of the Indian market, from Manufacturing Plants to Rural Markets, to Metros, to National footprint, his skills and knowledge have stood the test of localization, technology, and culture.
A graduate and post-graduate in English Literature, Manoj also holds a PG diploma in Personnel Management from Annamalai University, LLB, and PG Certificate in HR from XLRI.
Manoj is a certified Thomas PPA (DISC) and has successfully participated in Basic Human Process Lab program conducted by Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science, New Delhi.
He was trained on Development Assessment Centre Facilitation by Eicher Consulting Services as part of a task force created for performance ethics program, a mega organizational restructuring exercise successfully conducted over two years in Tata Steel with the help of McKinsey and ECS in 2000/02.
