Manoj K Sinha is a visionary HR leader, with 30 years of experiences in defining Executive development processes and Organizational talent strategies, and also shaping individual professionals into leaders.

After 16 years of success with Tata Steel, Manoj took up the challenge of creating a dynamic workforce for the rapidly evolving Telcom sector in few of the toughest and competitive zones of India. He led numerous Business Transformation projects and process innovations, stamping an indelible mark of his own in the Indian Telecom Industry in the next 14 years, across Bharti Airtel, Idea Cellular (ABG) & Vodafone Idea limited.

A Post-graduate in English Literature, Manoj also holds a PG diploma in Personnel Management from Annamalai University, LLB, and PG Certificate in HR from XLRI, and is also a certified Thomas PPA. Attended Basis/Adv human lab programs of India Society of Applied behavior – New Delhi)
